WordeG is an indexer and aggregator of publicly available content. We do not host, store, or upload any videos on our own servers.

Statement of non-producer status

All material displayed on WordeG is collected and indexed from publicly available third-party websites on the open internet. We do not produce, upload, host, store, transmit, or own any of the videos that appear on this site.

Because we are not the original producer of any content, we do not maintain the age-verification and record-keeping records required by 18 U.S.C. §§2257 and 2257A (and 28 C.F.R. Part 75). Those records — including the names, addresses, and proof of age of the performers depicted — are the responsibility of, and are maintained by, the original producers, studios, and primary hosting websites that publish the material.

What this means in practice

  • No content on our servers. Our infrastructure stores metadata only — page titles, tags, categories, and thumbnails fetched from upstream sites. The actual video files are hosted and streamed by third-party providers.
  • Playback is embedded. When you press play on a video, the stream is loaded directly from the third-party host (see “Upstream sources” below). WordeG acts as a discovery and link layer — never as the publisher.
  • Records sit with the producers. Custodian-of-records inquiries should be directed to the original studio, JAV label, or primary hosting site. We do not hold the §2257 / §2257A records and are unable to produce them on behalf of a producer.
  • We cooperate with legitimate requests. If you hold a §2257 / §2257A record and believe content on WordeG references a performer for whom you are the custodian of records, contact us so we can verify your request and link to your record (or remove the page, if requested).

    Third-party video host used for embedded playback. WordeG embeds streams from this host; the files themselves are not stored on WordeG infrastructure.

Records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 / §2257A are maintained by each upstream source where applicable. We do not represent that the upstream sources, or any studio they reference, are themselves exempt from §2257 — this statement is limited to WordeG's role.
